Terms and Conditions

Delivery​

 

 

Items purchased until 1st of July 2024 will be shipped by 15th of July 2024. Please allow 5 business days for a package to arrive, once you receive a shipping confirmation from us. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please notify us at veles@veles.moda

 

 

Prices, shipping & handling charges

 

 

​All orders ordered prior to 1 July 2024, during the  pre-order period, will be shipped by 15 July 2024. For international orders all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on your package. Please contact veles@veles.moda if you have any questions.

  

 

Product availability

 

 

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

 

 

​You have the right to cancel your declaration of contract without stating a reason within fourteen (14) days in written form (e. g. letter, e-mail) or – if you received the goods before expiry of the term – by returning the goods. The stated period of time starts on receipt of this information in written form, however not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (for recurring consignments of similar goods not before receipt of the first part-delivery), and also not before performance of our obligation of information.

 

In case of withdrawal a full refund will be issued by Slaviq to the buyer within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Any refunds are paid automatically to the account you used for payment. If you paid by Paypal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your Paypal/credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your gift voucher account.

 

 

Faulty/defective goods

 

 

​If the item(s) you have received are faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact veles@veles.moda quoting your order reference number and invoice number as well as the reason for return, and whether you request a refund or a replacement. If possible, please include photographs of faulty or incorrect item to speed up the process. Within 72 hours we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund, no later than 14 days after receiving the item, or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate, subject to our confirmation of the fault. Remember in all cases to enclose a copy of your order confirmation together with the item you are returning.

 

 

Complaint policy

We try to resolve complaints within 7 days but where we need to conduct a more detailed investigation, it may take a little longer. However, we’ll always keep you updated with what’s going on.

 

We aim to take a fair and reasonable approach to all complaints but if you’re unhappy with either our decision or service at any point, please let us know and we’ll escalate your complaint to a more senior team member for a full and independent review.

 

 

Legal jurisdiction

 

 

This jurisdiction clause is intended to ensure a clear and predictable legal process for both parties involved.

For the purpose of resolving any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our e-commerce website, and the products received, as well as all disputes and other legal matters pertaining to Slaviq Apparel d.o.o., the parties hereby expressly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zagreb, Croatia. Specifically, the Zagreb Municipal Civil Court (local: Opcinski Sud u Zagrebu) shall serve as the court of first instance for such matters.
